REPLACEMENT PARTS & SERVICE

Welcome to the AST parts purchasing page. Please fill in as much information as possible so we can process your order immediately. If you do not know the part numbers for the items you wish to order, please make sure that the machine model & serial number are filled in correctly and describe the part that you are looking for as much as possible.

Requests for ordering and quoting of parts are sent to AST customer service via email. If you are purchasing replacement parts, you will receive an order confirmation via email or fax. Please look over the order confirmation to make sure delivery address, shipment form, part numbers and prices are correct to ensure correct delivery. Please sign order confirmation and fax back to AST at 763-592-2075.

Payment: For those not on payment terms with AST, we accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. If you are on terms with AST, you will receive an order confirmation via fax that must be signed and faxed back before shipment. If you are NOT on terms with AST, for your safety, we will call you in regards to credit card information.
