Daily Maintenance

• Clean and lubricate metering pumps and applicator.
  1. Remove and clean any material residue or film with compatible solvent (damp pad only - do not pour solvent).
  2. Lubricate with compatible lubricants.
  3. Check for material leaking from pump shaft seals.
  4. Check air supply for clean air and empty or change filter.

• Ratio Check - Checking can be done at either the pump outlet assembly, if applicable, or at the applicator head area.
  1. Remove the retainer cap or mixer nozzle.
  2. Trigger applicator; two separate beads of material will appear; compare for correct volume.
